TRAINING Curricula
One-day Introduction to Paragliding

The one day course is designed to introduce you the sport of paragliding, and include the philosophy of the sport, basic techniques, inflating your glider and short flights (solo) down a gentle slope. If you are still interested in paragliding then you can go on the to next course.

4 day Student Pilot Course

The aim of this training course is to teach the basic but rather limited knowledge and skills needed for the basic flight. The course will introduce the philosophy of the sport, introduction to meteorology, and aerodynamics, as well as practice flying (inflating the parachute and ground-handling, take-off technique, simple maneuvers in the air and safe landing techniques).

 

8 day Club Pilot Course

This level course aims to teach you to become a beginner pilot with enough skills and basic knowledge to fly solo at other easy grade fly sites. The course teaches the same as the student pilot course nut also teaches you emergency recovery techniques for incidents in the air, methods of maintain altitude in flight and of course more flying with more air-time. After you have been certified as ‘passing’ this level course you will have a PLGI FASI flying license for PL 1 (club pilot)
